Immortal Technology provide JOLS with desktop, systems and network support. After a power surge knocked them out before the 2019 Christmas rush, we had them up and running again. Recently we upgraded them with new SAP B1 and SQL and Cloud servers, Active Directory and backup systems. We also provided a new WiFi and virus protection.
Finally we upgraded all desktop PC’s to the latest Windows 10.
TOLL, AusPost, TNT, Printers and user account and password management are all remotely supported.
We have a ongoing support package with them and a very close working relationship.
