Immortal Technology provide JOLS with desktop, systems and network support. After a power surge knocked them out before the 2019 Christmas rush, we had them up and running again.
Recently we upgraded them with new SAP B1 and SQL and Cloud servers, Active Directory and backup systems. We also provided a new WiFi and virus protection across the organisation.
All desktop computers were upgraded to Windows 10. We remotely manage TOLL, AusPost, TNT, printer systems, and user accounts. Immortal Technology maintains an ongoing support contract with JOLS and we enjoy a close and collaborative working relationship.
